The Exquisite Diamond Society is a growing mentorship and enrichment organization created to empower young ladies to shine with confidence, class, and character. Designed to nurture the “whole girl,” our program will blend dance, etiquette, academics, and sisterhood to help each participant develop inner strength and radiant self-worth.

Founded by Angela Adams, a veteran dance coach and educator with over 28 years of experience, The Exquisite Diamond Society was inspired by her daughter, Teriana Ward, whose own journey as a teacher and mentor reflects the same passion for leadership and empowerment. Together, they represent the bond, legacy, and purpose that fuel this vision — women helping girls discover their brilliance.

Though The Exquisite Diamond Society is just beginning its journey, its foundation is built on decades of mentoring, coaching, and community service. It is a movement rooted in resilience, self-expression, and faith — a place where every girl can grow, sparkle, and stand tall under pressure.
